Edge of Tomorrow (also marketed with the tagline Live. Die. Repeat) is a 2014 American science fiction action thriller film directed by Doug Liman. It stars Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt. The screenplay by Christopher McQuarrie, Jez Butterworth and John-Henry Butterworth is based on the 2004 Japanese novel All You Need Is Kill by Hiroshi Sakurazaka.
